We offer an in-house developed strategy designed specifically for retirees. This Strategy is tailored to each client’s individual needs. We do not use cookie-cutters on our clients, although we use the same precision knife to do all the work.

We understand that discussing your finances is a private matter and we therefore prefer seeing you where you are most comfortable, which is usually your own home. We have no problem coming to you, because we want you to be comfortable throughout the process. Unlike the rest of our industry, we wnat you to understand how investments work and exactly what it is we will be doing for you. We will walk you through the every step along the way and we want to answer all the questions you have, because we have found that clients who have their questions answered upfront, are more comfortable making an informed decision.

Our fees are straight forward and industry regulated.
We charge 1% upfront and 1% ongoing.
UPFRONT
See the Upfront fee as the cost of joining our strategy. This goes towards all the research we have done over the years, the in-house developed strategy that you will be plugged into, the calculations that will need to be made, including taxation and the advice that often leads to be a higher monetary amount than the fee itself. This fee is generally lower than our competitors, because we do not want any hurdles preventing you from joining our winning team. We want you to experience what it is like being a Five Two Wealth client, because once you do, you will never leave.
ONGOING
See the ongoing fee as your insurance policy. This fee is generally higher than the industry standard, although it is within regulated limits. The reason this fee is higher, is because we actually work for this fee. This fee is the reason why our clients remain with us for years, because this fee enables us to do the research we do, which gives our clients the results they get. Our clients only mention fees initially. After they have experienced being our client, they never mention fees again.
External Expenses
There are no other hidden fees directly related to Five Two Wealth. All fees related to work that is associated with external providers, like that of drafting wills, will fully be disclosed upfront upon consultation and will only be invoiced once agreed upon.

Have you ever had the experience of feeling in charge of your investment, where you needed to call your advisor to ensure that he is doing his job? You will not have this problem with us.
With us, you will be kept informed on what is going on with your investments, as well as what is going on in the markets. We also do annual reviews with each client individually and have presentations atleast once a year, where we give a full recap on how we are positioned in relation to what is going on in the market.

We have created systems that streamline the management of retirees investments. We operate paperless and our systems can be managed from an Ipad anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Our in-house developed strategy dovetails into our system and makes annual reviews and compliance a pleasure.

Throughout the last 15 years, less than 10 clients have come to our offices, because we usually see them in the comfort of their own homes. For that reason offices have always been a burden. We have a physicall location for compliance reasons only.
Our work is done from a laptop with internet access and we are therefore always on the move. We realize that retirees want stability, but this should not be found in our physical location, but in our track-record, which is second to none. Our name goes before us and our reputation is more valuable to us, than money, which is what our clients will vouch for.

We have succession in place, to ensure that if something were to happen to our key people, that they will be replaced and that the organization runs as usual, with no hiccups. Our in-house investment strategy is embedded into our systems (software) and the two are intertwined and cannot be separated from one another.
Once our advisers are familiar with our system, they are automatically familiar with our in-house investments strategy.

We service clients face-to-face in South Africa and the USA. If face-to-face is not possible, technology has made it so simple for us get in touch remotely. Being in front of your computer still counts as being in the comfort of your own home.
